By the nature of your role and business, you will often find yourself on client projects with various experts, such as other builders, architects, designers, or landscape architects. Each expert is accountable for certain deliverables or areas of the project, yet you all have a common goal -- client satisfaction. Working together in partnership and more collaboratively from the start of the project can help you to deliver more effectively and/or efficiently on your individual and collective goals.

This one-hour keynote presentation will focus on the value of collaboration and how to be a more conscious collaborator, as well as review specific strategies and behaviors to have more productive conversations with project stakeholders and various team members who have a role to play in the project’s success.
